Let’s get into the details of it all, it’s called a TOT cake and it’s made out of at least 14 packs of instant noodles that are cooked and shaped into an actual cake. These non-traditional treats are cakes topped with savory noms like, chicken, meatballs, beef, cheese, or whatever your heart desires.
