There has been a lot of drama surrounding Ellen DeGeneres and her show. First, several former and 1 current employee spoke out about a toxic work environment. Then Ellen released an apology, but hours later employees accused executive producers of sexual harassment. Other celebrities began weighing in on their feelings about Ellen, and now, there’s a rumor that James Cordon will replace her.
As a fan of Ellen’s, I don’t want to believe it. But there’s a lot of evidence stacking up against her and her show. Even if she wasn’t aware of the full extent of what was happening, she had to have had a clue, and I’m very disappointed with her. Sigh.
