Who knew insults could be region specific?

Condé Nast Traveler (via Digg) asked fifty people, one from each state, to show how someone throws shade (an insult), where they’re from.

See which states have no filter below.

What we learned from this video:

Most Southern states politely insult people by simply saying “Oh, bless your heart”. While some hit you with a kind “I’ll pray for you”.

A lot of Midwestern states in the video claim that they don’t really insult people. We’ll just leave that up for others to decide.

East Coasters are straight to the point with their insults and will hit you where it hurts.
West Coasters according to this video throw shade with technology. No calls or texts for you.
