I’ve loved chocolate my whole life. I can be completely stuffed from my meal, but still have room for chocolate. According to this study, I might not be a chocoholic at all. My body could just be craving the magnesium that is found in it. 80% of us are not getting enough in our diets. They suggest eating more “through nuts, seeds, beans, brown rice, dried fruits, and dark leafy greens.”
Eating chocolate still sounds more fun.
