Chick-fil-A’s drive-thru process is an artform. No matter how long their line is, you’re not waiting more than 10 minutes. That level of expertise was needed to help a drive-thru Covid-19 vaccination clinic in South Carolina after it had been backed up for hours. They called in a Chick-fil-A manager to figure out how to make it more efficient, and he did. The wait time went from hours to 15 minutes.
