Coming to Regas Square June 2021! This summer Downtown Knoxville is getting a Food Hall.
In the Regas Square housing and retail development, Marble City Market will open. Located outside of downtown and Old City at North Gay Street and West Depot Avenue.
It will feature a 15,000 square-foot food hall with 11 vendors, 40-seat bar, indoor and outdoor seating for up to 500 guests and two Top Golf Swing Suites.
Regas Property, owners of the nearby Regas Square development, will open the market in partnership with Hospitality HQ and Cushman & Wakefield, the company announced Tuesday.
“Since acquiring the Regas Square block in 2013, it has been our deliberate intention to build on the tradition of this location as ‘The Gathering Place,’” Regas Property partner Tom Wolf said in a press release. “We are excited to bring Marble City Market to Downtown Knoxville and offer our community a unique dining and entertainment experience unlike anything else in East Tennessee.”
