Five minutes before they were set to start their first table read for Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone, James and Oliver Phelps, who play the Weasley twins, had to ask who was playing which brother. The twins are tricksters in the movie, so the casting director thought they were joking when they asked for clarification. After she realized they were serious, they pulled J.K. Rowling and director Christopher Columbus aside and asked them to decide.
