A few weeks ago, Evermore Park in in Utah sued Taylor Swift over the name of her new album, ‘Evermore’. They say the album title has hurt their business because it’s bumped them off the first page of Google search results, and that some of her merchandise infringes on their trademarks.

Now Taylor’s Rights Management Team is countersuing claiming that they played Taylor’s music in their park without consent.
