Oh the difference 10 years makes. This is NOT the sweet innocent bop that made Rebecca Black a household name, and the subject of much (unwarranted) ridicule. This remix is adults only (NSFW), but is allowing her to embrace who she is and to control her own narrative. It’s not my cup of tea, but I’m all for her being able to express herself and turn something that was traumatizing into something that is empowering.
