Beer ramen isn’t exactly what it sounds like. It’s cold ramen noodles in broth, served in a beer mug. The foam on the top is just a little bit of gelatin mixed with the broth to create that effect. I prefer my ramen (and other soups) hot, so I’m not sure this is for me, but I’d be willing to try it.
