Drinking too much coffee a day increases your risk of dementia by 53%. That’s a scary stat to hear as a coffee drinker. The link was made between people who consume 6 or more cups a day. The good news is that if you drink just a couple of cups a day, you’re probably okay, but it still doesn’t hurt to make sure you’re drinking water alongside it to keep your body properly hydrated.
