If you have trouble deciding where to go for dinner, and it’s not because you don’t know what you want, but rather, you want a little bit of everything, food truck parks are the answer. I frequent Hey Bear Cafe off Middlebrook Pike, and am anxiously awaiting the opening of Corner 62 off of Oak Ridge Highway and Schaad Road. There are a few others opening around town soon too!
