The 2023 Billboard Music Awards are coming up on November 19th. This year we will be blessed with a performance from Mariah Carey. It will be her first ever performance of “All I Want For Christmas is You”. Other performers include Morgan Wallen, David Guetta and Bebe Rexha, Karol G, Stray Kids, NewJeans and Peso Pluma.
