2024 started off with a bang as the Tennessee Volunteers football team pursued a shutout in the 2024 Citrus Bowl. The Vols were supposed to be handicapped with the departure of starting QB Joe Milton, however true freshman QB Nico IamaLaeva showed out proving he is the future of the program. Nico and the Vols won the day with a 35-0 win over the Iowa Hawkeyes.
