Like most girls in the 90’s, I tuned in to Home Improvement for one reason… JTT (sigh). But the show itself was pretty funny, and Tim Allen and Richard Karn (Al) are reuniting for a new building-themed reality competition series, that sounds like a mix between Tool Time, and something you’d see on HGTV.
