Remember when Mars Wrigley replaced Skittles lime-flavor candies with the green apple flavor back in 2013. Well, they heard your grievances and pleas and they’re trying to make it right with the new Skittles ALL Lime pack!
The limited-edition packs are only filled with the lime-flavored candies and will be available for summer 2021 at select retailers nationwide. This is the first time that Skittles has featured a pack that only has one flavor.
As noted in Skittles’ Facebook announcement, “BUY THEM OUT AND MARKETING MIGHT BRING THEM BACK FOREVER.”
“Our SKITTLES fans asked, and we are thrilled to deliver. Lime-loving SKITTLES fans have been very vocal with their pleas to bring back their favorite flavor and we’re excited to be able to offer them all the lime SKITTLES they want with the release of our All Lime packs,” Fernando Rodrigues, senior brand manager, SKITTLES, said in a press release.
