If you have also never had luck winning the firefly lottery to see the synchronous fireflies in the Smokies, here’s a pretty awesome consolation. From now through the end of June, Market Square is celebrating Firefly Nights with 12,000 twinkling lights strung above Market Square. Sounds like a magical setting for a much needed date night.
