There are so many TikTok trends that turn out to be BS, but here’s one that actually works. If you want to know if you’re dehydrated, all you have to do is pinch the skin on your knuckle. If it bounces back quickly, you’re hydrated, if it doesn’t, go grab a bottle of water. I tested this on myself this morning, and apparently coffee is not how you hydrate.
