People are traveling to Utah to get married at the “Church Of Dirt”. It’s just off a public hiking trail in Park City, and because it’s on public land, it doesn’t cost anything to use the space. There’s also no electricity and only one toilet at a nearby trailhead (without a flushing toilet), but it does have a gorgeous view. The other catch is the only way to reserve a date is by traveling there in advance to write your names and wedding date on a piece of wood or rock near the site. People are expected to use the honor system to not double book dates.
