A Florida woman was arrested after stabbing her boyfriend during an argument about a movie…a Tyler Perry Movie!

According to police reports the suspect, named Naujaa Robinson, allegedly stabbed her boyfriend in the chest with a knife during an argument over a movie. No word on which Tyler Perry classic sparked the violent outburst.

Officers say that Robinson appeared to be drunk and told police that the stab was in self-defense after her boyfriend (who has not been identified) bit her. Police gathered evidence at the scene including a bloody knife.

As of now the boyfriend is not facing any charges, but a family member reports that he is recovering from the injury.
