Reports from our friends at WATE.com reporting the Knoxville Inaugural Block Party has been postponed. The event was set to take place on May 3 however due to the weather the city decided to move the event to June. When the new date is released, the event will close the 100 block of Gay Street to cars. Starting at 3 p.m. on the day of the event, street parking spots on Gay Street between Jackson and Vine avenues will be closed,
