A new law is being floated at the White House to make it easier to cancel subscriptions. The bill would help consumers cancel gym memberships and or subscription services with one click online rather than having to jump through hoops. Also, the proposal requires banks and credit card companies to provide customers the option to speak with a real person instead of a chatbot.
