The new Joker Movie staring Lady Gaga and Joaquin Phoenix is the second instalment into the franchise. Director Todd Phillips explained his approach for this film was “to make it feel like it was made by crazy people. The inmates are running the asylum.” Rumors are also saying the music and singing in the movie was performed by both Gaga and Joaquin.
